About the house

An entire house with a private pool, less than 100 metres from the sand: cross the main avenue and you’re on the beach.

Three air-conditioned bedrooms with queen beds and three bathrooms with hot water. A fully equipped kitchen inside and an outdoor kitchen by the patio, for meals next to the pool.

It has backup power with an EcoFlow battery and solar panels: during a blackout, the house keeps its electricity.

It belongs to a friend of my family of many years, and I’ve been there many times. I recommend it because I know it.

Parking is on the street, right in front of the house, on a quiet block: the houses have cameras and there are guards in the area. There is no wifi, but mobile data works well.

14+ days before: full refund. 7 to 14: half. Under 7 or no-show: no refund. In a major blackout or hurricane, you choose. Full policy

If you live outside Cuba

  • The owner registers your passportSince August 2026, Cuban law (Decree 160/2026) requires owners to report the details of guests from abroad and those travelling with them. Have your documents ready on arrival.
  • Video call before you payIf you like, I’ll show you the house live before the deposit.
