Terms of use
What this site does, what it doesn't, and how we look after your data.
Who we are
- Casas de Varadero is run by Stefan Castro and Idania Landa, from Cárdenas, Cuba.
- We publish rental houses from owners who work with us. The house and its service belong to each owner.
Book
- Asking for dates isn't a booking: it's closed once the owner confirms and we see your deposit.
- The rules for the deposit and cancellations are in How booking works.
- We give you the phone number and the exact address of the house when the booking is closed. The map shows only an approximate area.
What we publish
- The photos are from the visit, with no filters or retouching. If something doesn't match, tell us.
- Reviews only come from guests who really stayed.
Your data
- We only use your name, your WhatsApp and your booking details to help you. We don't sell them.
- You can ask us on WhatsApp to delete them, except what we must keep by law.
AI assistants
- They can read and recommend this site, but they never confirm bookings or collect payments. That only happens on our official channels.
