How it works

1. You create your link. Your name and your WhatsApp, and it's yours. There's nobody to wait for.
2. You share any house. In your statuses, your groups or with anyone coming to Varadero. Each house has its own link, already with your code.
3. Someone asks for dates through your link. For that person, the price is the same.
4. The booking is confirmed. Your share shows up in your account on its own, and we let you know.

How much you earn

12 USD from a single booking

You earn 20% of the booking's commission. A 3-bedroom house gives 15 USD of commission per night; over 4 nights that's 60 USD, and 12 of it is yours.example

The rules, clearly

• Your link is valid for 45 days from when the person opens it.
• The first link they opened counts.
• Your share becomes available 10 days after check-out.
• If the booking is cancelled, it doesn't count.
• Booking with your own link doesn't count.

How you get paid

You can withdraw from 20 USD available. This minimum might go up later. We'll ask you how you prefer to receive it.

How it works

1. You tell me which house. Where it is and whose it is. If it fits, I approve it.
2. You visit it with my checklist. Water, power, beds, blackouts and licence. What it has and what it doesn't.
3. You take the photos. In good light and of every area: pool, living room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms.
4. I review it and publish it. From that day it starts counting.

What you earn

18 USD from that same booking

You earn 30% of the commission on every booking of that house for 12 months, whoever brings the guest: a sharer, social media or Google. If you bring the client yourself, it's 50%: 30 USD.example

You collect your share and mine at the house, and then we meet so you can hand me mine.

What you need

• Go to the house in person.
• A phone with a good camera.
• Talk to the owner and have them agree.

How it works

1. You leave me your details. Your name, your WhatsApp and the area.
2. I visit you. Whenever suits you, and we take the photos with you.
3. I publish it. With your price, untouched, and I give you your house's link.
4. I tell you about every booking. I look after the client until it's closed.

The deal

• Your price, untouched.
• You only pay for the clients who reach you.
• Your phone number and address only go to someone who has already booked.
