Partner terms

For those who share houses or certify them. Booking needs none of this.

What you earn

Share and earn: 20% of the commission on every booking that comes through your link.
Certify houses: 30% of the commission on every booking of that house for 12 months, whoever brings the guest. If you bring the client yourself, 50%.
A house's minimum commission is 5 USD per occupied room per night. Only the nights actually stayed are counted.

It's valid for 45 days from when the person opens it, and the first link they opened counts.
Booking with your own link doesn't count.
Share and earn needs no approval. Certifying a house does.

Nothing is ever paid in advance. Your share comes from a commission already collected and becomes available 10 days after check-out.
If the booking is cancelled or refunded, it doesn't count. Money kept because of a cancellation doesn't generate a share for partners.
You can withdraw from 20 USD available. This minimum might go up later. We'll ask you how you prefer to receive it.
If you certify: You collect your share and mine at the house, and then we meet so you can hand me mine.
